Project: The KRS and BIEC are presently developing an Alliance to begin a “Leadership Development” course that will allow 3 year Bible Diploma graduates to enter a fourth year of study in Theology of Work and Development. The goal is to fund 10 students in the first year of the course.

Since the BIEC is a faith based Accredited College dependent on the charitable giving of the Christian community it will be necessary to fund the program for the first year with a view to having the graduates reinvest in the BIEC program with 10% of their business profits for five years to ensure the continuation and self-funding of the program.

The course will enable the graduate to develop an economically self-sustaining business within the context of the local church where he will be ministering.

The “Dynamic Building Start-Up Project” course gives one month of training and 11 months of mentoring on site. The BIEC will give the Biblical Worldview and Theology courses at extension sites or on campus at set times throughout the year.

The BIEC contacts are: Principal Vernon Light and lecturer Zama Gantsho who has completed the “Building Start Up “course and is presently running two self-sustaining businesses with a major share of the profits going to the support of BIEC and local churches.
