The Farming Ministry of Equip, the umbrella job training organization under the oversight of New City Fellowship Nairobi, operates in 2 locations in Western Kenya, Siaya County, and Homabay. This is a start-up agricultural training project led by Erick Apel, a Deacon at NCF Nairobi.

They currently farm 3 acres along with 600 chickens and 3 dairy cows (with plans for a total of 20 cows, that will lead to a self-sustaining dairy operation). This ministry will partner with Equipping Farmers International to train a new generation of farmers by engaging their communities in agricultural discipleship for food security and improved livelihoods.

$1,500 USD will purchase 1 dairy cow.

$18,000 USD for the Construction of the Agricultural Training Center

$19,000 USD/Year for Staff

Plans to be self-sustaining in 3 to 5 years.

Any size donation will be greatly appreciated and help enable this ministry to fulfill its calling.
